Exciting new developments to the LandNow platform now make it easier than ever to find the perfect block of land.
The chief technology officer of LandNow, Peter Joseph, said the new Search bar was the result of extensive consultation with the industry and users of the platform.
“We spent a lot of time analysing the search behaviour of current users to discover that builders prefer being able to search by location and like to see the information supplied in a grid style,” Peter said.
The new functionality is in addition to the superior and interactive lot mapping features that LandNow have pioneered, which allows builders to dive deep into estates, streets and even individual lots to see suitability and availability.
“We’re really proud of our state-of-the-art mapping at LandNow which is powered by real-time inventory from developers,” said Peter.
“It means that if the block is showing on LandNow that it's available, on hold, or sold, that information can be trusted.
“Really good technology should enhance and improve how we work and build relationships, by recognising what people currently do and finding new digital ways to support good behaviour and make the timeframe for success faster,” Peter said.
“We’ve been really excited and encouraged by the feedback from users and are committed to continue evolving, LandNow into the go to (and only) realtime land marketplace in the country.”
“The industry has been phoning each other for decades, going to multiple websites and sending PDFs with lists of stock that are usually out of date the minute the email is sent. In 2025, that’s kind of crazy.
“At LandNow, we believe finding land should be simple and centralised, and find information that is accurate and our latest updates are an important part of this mission.”
