Celsius Property Group is the latest developer that will soon go live on the new LandNow platform as the West Australian proptech continues to build an online marketplace for greenfield developers to connect with builders.
Celsius are currently working on an 84-lot subdivision in Piara Waters. Located 26 km south-east of the Perth CBD, the new release is close to the CY O’Connor Village and pub as well as food, childcare and schools, medical facilities and speciality shops which will all be visible on LandNow’s unique mapping.
LandNow provides real-time access to developer inventory, allowing builders to see what lots are available and whether they meet client needs for the type of home they are planning to build.
Co-founder and CEO Tony McEntee said LandNow could help developers maximise product exposure for a fraction of the price of traditional methods. The platform delivers targeted marketing to builders and has an inbuilt stock management system that integrates with CRM software.
“As a LandNow member, Celsius will have access to our industry-leading platform with live updates and inventory, best-in-class mapping, the ability to view lot holds, detailed filter searching, a custom user dashboard and saved searches,” Mr McEntee said.
“Builders can use the platform to speed up the process of finding suitable land for their clients.”
Mr McEntee said that in Western Australia, up to 93% of land sales are referred by a builder rep.
“Our platform makes it super easy for builder reps to see what lots are available,” he said. “Scrolling through emails and PDFs from land developers or waiting on phone calls to be returned to find out the availability of a new home site is a thing of the past. Using the LandNow platform, a transaction that would typically take weeks can be cut down to just a few minutes!”
Celsius Land managing director Brenton Downing said it was exciting to see the emergence of proptech solutions in the property development industry.
“With housing demand continuing to be such a hot issue, I congratulate the team at LandNow for creating a platform that can shorten the buying time for house-and-land projects and make it more transparent and easy to manage,” he said.
Celsius Property Group has over 400 dwellings in planning stages across WA and is seeing strong demand with a high number of registrations of interest.
Piara Waters offers generous block sizes with an average of 415m2 and is set in an established community with amenities within walking distance, as well as numerous parks and lifestyle offerings.
In addition to Piara Waters, Celsius Property Group also have a 69-lot estate at Champion Lakes in Armadale; a 26ha land holding in Quindalup; a mixed-used development at 387 Fitzgerald Street, North Perth, plus apartment projects in Subiaco and Exmouth in the pipeline.
LandNow launched in Western Australia this year with plans to build a national online marketplace for Australia’s greenfield developers.
