LandNow will host the latest land release for Celsius Property Group when its stage 2A of Piara Waters hits the market with 14 new lots on June 28.
Pricing will be released on Friday June 28 with Expressions of Interest open for a five-day period using LandNow’s Exclusive Release feature promoting the hard-to-secure blocks to builders before they are opened up to the broader consumer market.
“To purchase one of these sought-after lots at Celsius Living Piara Waters, builders need to jump onto the LandNow platform to see the availability in real time,” said LandNow CEO, Tony McEntee.
“The lots will be visible on our unique interactive mapping interface which will allow builder sales representatives to see the location of the blocks, their measurements, engineering detail and proximity to schools, shopping, transport and more.”
“We’re delighted that even though the land market in WA is hot and land is in short supply, developers like Celsius are choosing to use LandNow to release stages because of the control we offer with features like Exclusive Release,” Tony said.
Piara Waters is located 26 km south-east of the Perth CBD, close to the CY O’Connor Village and pub as well as food, childcare, parks and schools, medical facilities and speciality shops.
It offers generous block sizes with an average of 415m2 and is set in an established community with amenities within walking distance. Stage 1 of Piara Waters is now sold out and titles have been issued. There are now 41 lucky buyers about to become landowners in the new estate with many buyers ready to start their build.
Stage 2 is being released in three stages with titles for all lots estimated for October, meaning settlements are likely to take place in November this year.

Celsius suggests potential purchasers have their letter of eligibility or finance pre-approval ready to submit with an Expression of Interest.
Celsius have also advised they will release their Champion Lakes stage in August through LandNow. Champion Lakes in Armadale is a 69-lot estate in Armadale.
