LandNow, the innovative proptech startup revolutionising B2B land sales is proud to announce its recognition as a finalist in the prestigious 2024 Proptech Awards.

For the second year running, LandNow has been shortlisted in the Off The Plan category, a testament to the company's continued commitment to innovation and excellence in the property technology sector.

LandNow CEO Tony McEntee said the news was a testament to the hard work of the team over the past two years.

"We are absolutely thrilled to be named a finalist in the Proptech Awards for the second year in a row,” Tony said.

“It's an incredible honour for such a young startup to be recognised alongside more established industry innovators. This nomination validates our team's hard work and dedication to transforming the way land is sold and the improvements to the platform that we have made over the past 12 months."

The Proptech Awards, hosted by the Proptech Association Australia, celebrate the outstanding achievements and groundbreaking innovations of companies and individuals shaping the future of property technology in Australia. With 35 diverse categories and over 40 judges, the awards are a highly coveted recognition of excellence in the proptech industry.

LandNow's innovative platform streamlines land sales between property developers and builders through a highly visual, seamless and transparent experience that includes interactive mapping and the ability to hold and buy land online in real time.

Over the past 12 months, the team have added industry-leading innovations including an Exclusive Release function that allows developers to honour their relationships with builder partners by delivering exclusive access to new lots in advance, and a Certified Buyer function that helps developers identify genuine offers in a heated market.

The president of the Proptech Association Australia said the Off The Plan category had been hotly contested this year.

“The property developer sector has seen a plethora of innovative tech solutions emerging over the past few years, and this year has an extremely strong field of entrants,” Kylie said.

“It’s great to see property development and project marketing start to embrace innovative new solutions and enjoy greater efficiencies, cost savings and transparency in their businesses as a result.”

The 2024 Proptech Awards winners will be announced at a gala ceremony on July 25 at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. LandNow is proud to be among the finalists and looks forward to celebrating the achievements of the proptech industry alongside its peers.
